hi everyone, I got Spotlight and Blackout thanks to my best buddy 
he's the best
and I wanted to make a request of my new favorite dragon Spotlight, so I asked
he was nice enough to give me a concept sketch and so me and my buddy
worked on it and we have this beauty!
not much to say really except I was having a hard time drawing those rings on her chest, wasn't sure how clothes form around rings inbetween cloth like that, but I did my best
